Can I move the eSIM to another phone?

No. The QR code is single use. Once the profile is installed it is tied to that device, and deleting it does not give the code back. Install it on the phone you plan to use.

What happens when my data runs out?

The data line stops working and you buy a new plan. The exception is the 3GB/Day FUP plan, where the speed drops to 1 Mbps after the daily allowance instead of stopping. Your physical SIM is never affected.

Does my phone have to be factory unlocked?

Yes. A handset locked to a foreign carrier will refuse a profile from another network, even if it supports eSIM. Check with the carrier that sold you the phone if you are unsure, and check before you order.

What if the eSIM does not work?

Message us with your order number and a screenshot. Most issues are settled in a few minutes. If our team cannot get the eSIM activated, you get a full refund to the account that paid.
